  My girlfriend and I come here for our study dates. Not only does Panera have great food, but their online ordering and fast lane kiosks make ordering food quickly and hassle free! Panera also has a conference/quiet room in the back, which is perfect for studying or any meet up groups

  The staff they have working in the back is super rude especially the young Spanish girl they have working here! I came this morning as soon as they opened and no one was at the register so I ask the 2 girls in the back if anyone is going to help me they ignored me twice and kept talking amongst themselves so rude!!!! I yelled the 3rd time and 2 people from the back came running and not only that the girl that was supposed to be at the register gave me attitude and wouldn't even let me explain what happened. She was rude also telling me next time I should order from the kiosk instead. First of all who the hell are you to tell me where I should order from. Maybe you should've been at the register when you were supposed to and we could have avoided this in the first place. I'm very disappointed and I'm not a happy customer at all! I used to come here every morning and I stopped because those Spanish girls are so rude!!! They need to get fired!!!!!!!
