First time at Ruby Tuesdays and it was a bad experience. I order a ny strip sirloin steak and the give me a rib eye. Then tell them this isnt a ny strip and they take it back and bring another rib eye. Meanwhile my wife also orders a ny strip and she got a ny strip. I gave up on them and didn't bother ordering anything. Booo, thumbs down Ruby Tuesdays

Food quality for price was good. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the booth back rest transferred every movement of the person behind. They need to replace these with something sturdier.
