  Absolutely rude and snippy young staff. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds for someone to respond to my presence when 5 people are putsing about behind the counter, but their personal conversation was more important. After my order my made, it was complete with a snotty announcement: "One heart attack in a cup latte" which was the girl dropped on the counter and whipped around, not even responding to my thanks. A wholly horrible experience from start to finish. This location needs to get it together.

  Absolutely dislike this Starbucks. Needs a new staff, needs a new everything. Im always one to say that if you do not enjoy your job, please leave it. Dont make the customers day bad just because you are miserable. Please please retrain your staff.

  Best Starbucks in the area - tons of seats and good benches with power outlets under them. Service is fast and staff is always polite. It gets crowded being such a great space for work/study, but there is always a place to sit.
